Mark Hunter – Made 2016 – Present : Prints/Objects/Photographs
· Mark Hunter (b.1969) is an artist and music maker who works at DJCAD Printmaking Workshops, at Dundee University as the school support specialist.
One of his main focuses is in Lithography : both Stone Lithography and Waterless Lithography.
The journey of Making was followed intuitively and often used materials which were discarded or left over recycled flotsam and jetsam of Workshop activities, as well as found objects and incidental materials.
The work here represents a decade of practice and was mostly done in the Printmaking Workshops, as well as with collegial help from other Workshops of DJCAD including Malcolm Finnie (photography studio) Robert Jackson ( Digital Make lab) and Malcolm O’Connell (Framing).
