Our doors are open and it’s warm inside! From the Gallery to the Gift Shop, Café to Beatrix Potter, and main events in the Auditorium, we are ready to welcome you in.
We are adding tasty treats to the menu – for breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu – with daily specials, and our homemade baking, all set to tempt you inside to relax for a while!
We’re also adding new events throughout the year, so visit us often to find out what is coming up, by date or by genre. We’ll be doing regular news updates to let you know some of the background stories behind these new activities and give you a glimpse into the wonderful community that is at the heart of Birnam Arts, as we celebrate local lives.
Excitingly, this new website has a fabulous new ticket booking system. Our What’s On tab lets you look by date or genre, to find just the perfect thing for you, your family or your friends.
Through the cooler months, we’ll be here to welcome you Wednesday to Sunday 10.00 to 4.00 in the Gallery and Café, and 10.30 to 3.30 Gift Shop and Beatrix Potter.
We continue to adhere to current Covid Guidelines, and will adjust measures, as required in the Scottish Government Guidance for businesses.
If you sign up to our newsletter, we’ll send you links to the latest news and updates on a weekly basis, so you’ll always know what is going on.

Lovely wee cafe with amazing service. Been here 3 times now and always notice how friendly and upbeat the staff are. The coffee and cake is top notch also. Will definitely be back the next time I head to Dunkeld!

We continually develop new opportunities to support the practice and development of Scottish based artists, whilst also bringing work that is inspiring, creative and different to the contemporary art scene in rural Perthshire.
Birnam Arts has made such a difference to Birnam since its redevelopment 20 years ago, and attracts an incredible variety of high-quality arts performers. It's also a great Community space. We're very happy to make a contribution to such an asset.
