Designed to keep both body and mind healthy, this workshop will introduce you to the key concepts of contemporary techniques, with a strong emphasis on placement and body awareness. Improve your flexibility, core strength, balance, precision and range of movement, whilst developing spatial awareness, musicality and confidence - all of which help your brain to stay healthy!
