The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, supporting meal preparation and maintaining cleanliness.
Duties:
- Assist cooks with food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to.
- Help with stock rotation and storage of deliveries.
- Support the team in maintaining an organised kitchen environment.
- Support the Front of House team as appropriate
Previous experience working in a kitchen environment and basic food preparation knowledge and techniques is desirable but not essential. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for food and great service, we’ll teach you the rest!
Part-time: 4 hours per day (10am-2pm), 4 days per week, no evening work
Flexible working arrangements considered
Expected hours: 16 per week
Hourly rate: £11.44
