Back for a second year, the Perthshire Artisans Winter Exhibition showcases an inspiring range of work by talented local artists and makers. Discover beautifully crafted pieces from glass and mosaic artists, jewellers, painters, illustrators, textile artists, ceramicists, and more.
This collection of work offers plenty of inspiration for thoughtful gifts, special occasions, or even a well-deserved treat for yourself. From original framed paintings and mounted prints to striking ceramic centrepieces, eye-catching glass art, intricate mosaics, and distinctive jewellery, the exhibition celebrates the rich diversity and creativity of the region’s artistic community.
Perthshire Artisans is a curated collective of over 40 artists and creatives living and working across Perthshire. As an online platform featuring over 500 original and distinctive gifts, artworks, homewares and accessories, it showcases the quality and diversity of the region’s creative talent. Sharing and valuing their unique skills, creative spaces and original creations, are all at the core of Perthshire Artisans.
Established in June 2020 and run on a not-for-profit basis by rural enterprise support organisation GrowBiz, members are offered business support and exclusive opportunities, and as a community regularly provide peer support, all helping them thrive in their creative business practice, and continue doing what they do best - create!

Welcome to Birnam Arts, a boutique multi-purpose arts, conferencing and entertainment venue.
Pop in to the Foyer Cafe for breakfast, grab a delicious coffee with a selection of our homemade baking or enjoy a light lunch whilst browsing on the free WiFi. Wander upstairs to view the latest of our monthly art exhibitions before visiting the world of Beatrix Potter, or the Gift Shop to purchase a special gift for your loved ones or yourself!
Compact Arts & Conference Centre, it is also the exhibition centre for Beatrix Potter with an adjacent themed garden. The centre has a cafe with indoor / outdoor seating areas. Throughout the year the arts centre hosts a variety of different acts, shows, talks & exhibitions.

This is a lovely light and welcoming building with a cafe and library during the day and some really excellent concerts and shows of all genres mostly in the evening. It's an intimate space but with capacity for several hundred people and tends to be competitively priced. It relies on volunteer support and is an excellent community hub.
