As well as our new high-speed broadband throughout the building, we now offer LiveStream for conferences and community meetings, to allow attendees to watch proceedings from their office or home.
If your meeting needs are more in-house, we have high-resolution LCOS projection at 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) resolution from LCOS panels. It offers image focus adjustment on the edges of the screen, and HDBaseT connectivity providing high-quality video and audio signals equivalent to HDMI across distances up to 100m over a single LAN cable.
All of this technology provides a wonderfully sharp display on our 5m x 5m drop down screen.
The projector is linked to our dedicated conferencing laptop via HDMI, which makes playing audio through our sound system seamless. And if you are looking for a great way to show a film, we now have a Blue-ray system built in.
Through the quieter times of 2021 we've been able to upgrade our lighting system to state-of-the-art LED theatre and house lighting, which further increases the versatility of the room, and allows us to help you create the ambiance you need for your meeting or event.
We have a range of microphones to help every word be heard. With one lapel mic, 6 stationery mics, and two roving mics, we've got you covered. We also have a hearing loop.

There are two dedicated accessible car park spaces directly in front of the venue. There is a gentle slope from street level up to the accessible entrance.
Using the touch pad, enter via the large glass doors to the right of the main entrance.
There are two Accessible Toilets within the venue, one on each level.
There are ramps situated throughout the building to enable easy access from the Café to the Box Office and Shop, as well as on the first floor to go from the Gallery to the Meeting Room.
There is a lift between the ground level and first floor.
