4th Oct: Jill Storstein - Womens Health and Nutritionist
Jill Storstein comes to Every Woman Cafe at Birnam arts to speak about nutrition in relation to women's health, answer questions and support discussion around the subject.
Jill is an experienced and qualified acupuncturist and functional nutritional therapist offering holistic health care tailored specifically for your individual needs. She graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2013, setting up her first clinic in Edinburgh focussing on general practice treating mainly chronic health conditions and pain.
In 2014, she joined the Natural Fertility Centre based at the Albany Street Clinic which has a strong focus on women's health and fertility support. In 2015, she moved to the Perthshire town of Aberfeldy and set up her general practice clinic there.
In 2022 she qualified as a Functional Nutritional Therapist from the Institute of Optimal Health.
1st Nov: Willow Findlay - Endometriosis Journey
Willow will be sharing her experience of living with Endometriosis, diagnosis, surgery and life on the otherside.
6th December: Nicola Burke - Navigating Breast Cancer
Nicola will be sharing her experience of navigating breast cancer through diagnoses, treatment and recovery with everything else in between.

As part of the Every Woman Cafe join BA artist in residence Nicky May Bolland for a sewing workshop exploring the fortune-telling potential of our bodies. Using embroidery and bead-work to interpret traditional and invented fortune telling guides, we'll hold space for the diverse ways in which our bodies provide us with information about our personal futures and how we have and continue to navigate those experiences.
